arrowroot starch, brown rice flour, eggs, evaporated cane sugar, guar gum, honey, inulin, millet flour, molasses, potato starch, rice bran, salt, sea salt, sorghum flour, sugar, sweet rice flour, sweet white rice flour, tapioca flour and or starch, white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, whole grain sweet rice flour, xanthan gum
Our items also may include:
baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, butter, butter flavoring, canola oil, cocoa, cornstarch, lemon juice, maple syrup, milk, pecans, peanut butter (contains soy), powdered sugar (contains corn starch), rice milk, shortening (palm based), vanilla extract, various flavors and extracts depending on the order, various spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. pan release spray (contains soy)
Please note that we use many different ingredients in our kitchen. However, when you request a certain substitution or omissin we do our best to make sure your order is as safe as possible.
If you have a specific allergy, please inquire about arrangements. We are able to make most of our items free of egg, dairy, nut, and soy. Some recipe adjustments may require price adjustments. Please note that eggs, milk, nuts, or soy are used in some if not all of our items. We try to be as careful as possible but we are not responsible for any reaction you may have.
Please note that our flour is processed in the same facility as nuts.
